Induction and Mentor Programme
New members of staff are assigned a mentor - an established member of staff with at least 12 months experience working in the College.
Mentors support, advise and guide new lecturers and business support staff, acting as someone to turn to for help should the need arise.

Employee Support Helpline
A free confidential helpline is available for staff and their immediate families 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
This facility is free of charge and completely confidential, It is designed for staff who need more than just information about a problem they may have.

Key Worker Housing
Keyhomes East are offering a Key Worker Living initiative – a scheme for key workers in public sector services - offering financial assistance from the Government towards housing costs.
The scheme has recently been broadened to include key workers in Northamptonshire. At present the nearest housing available is in Milton Keynes.
