What is Train to Gain?
Train to Gain is a Government initiative designed to help businesses identify their training needs.
As an approved Train to Gain training provider the Business Centre can help you to:
- Find available funding to help you with up to 100% of training costs*
- Identify the skills your business needs
- Find the right training for your business
- Recommend and agree a training package
Training can benefit your business by:
- Increasing productivity and efficiency of employees
- Helping you to make your business more profitable
- Helping you to gain a competitive advantage
- Keeping you up-to-date with the latest technology and innovations
- Boosting staff morale and motivation
Train to Gain funding means there is no cost for:
- Employees studying for an NVQ Level 2 qualification (even if they already hold a level 2 qualification)
- Employees aged between 19 - 25 with a Level 2, studying their first NVQ Level 3
- Employees with a Level 1 or lower, studying their first NVQ Level 3
