Summary of course
The requirement for excellent customer service exists in all sectors. The aim of this qualification is to increase managerial awareness on the delivery of customer service and its continual development and improvement.
You will complete the following:
- Level 3 Diploma in Customer Service
This programme is primarily delivered at your place of work although some attendance will be required at College. The average duration for this course is 12 - 18 months.

- Management Apprenticeship

The Diploma is evaluated through a series of practical assessments and a portfolio of work.

Entry Requirements for new students
You must be in relevant employment. You must pass an initial assessment in Maths and English with a minimum of Entry Level 3.
