The business qualifications will provide you with a REAL understanding of the world of business, and prepare you for progression to higher education and careers in management and business. The more specialised courses in Accounting and Legal Studies are equally suitable for 16-19 year olds and adult learners, and are right for you if you’ve already decided that you wish to enter these professions.

 

If you want to study all aspects of business studies before deciding on a specialist career pathway then the BTEC Business qualifications at Levels 1, 2 and 3 are for you. You will start your studies at the level that is best for you and then progress through the levels at the College and from level 3 on to university.

 

If you’ve already decided on a career in Accounting or Law the AAT and ILEX courses respectively provide the first steps towards professional qualifications in these areas. It is also possible to progress with AAT and ILEX qualifications studied at the College to Accounting and Law degrees respectively, at the University of Northampton.
