Level 2 Professional Chef Diploma or four GCSEs at Grade C or above.
The course covers complex food production in all areas of the modern professional kitchen. It includes the following qualifications:
• VRQ Level 3 Professional Chef Diploma
• ABC L3 Pastry Certificate
Following successful completion of the course, you can progress to NVQ Level 4 or seek employment in the Industry as a Commis Chef or Chef de Partie.
