Four GCSEs at Grade C and above including Maths and English.
Course Content
The subjects you will study have been chosen to help you develop skills required by the hospitality industry and include:
• Providing customer service in hospitality
• Financial control
• Supervisory skills
• Food and drinks service
• Human Resources
• Marketing for hospitality
To help develop a greater understanding and practical skills required by the industry, you will also study a VRQ Level 1 in Food and Beverage Service.
Next Step
Following the successful completion of the course, you may progress to Higher Education to study an HND or degree. Alternatively, you may enter employment in the hospitality industry.
