One year
Entry Requirements
You will need either:
Four GCSEs at Grade D or above, or an appropriate Foundation Level qualification.
If you don’t have a GCSE at Grade C in English or Maths, you’ll need to take these as part of your programme of study.
Course Content
Modules include:
• Production project
• The Performing Arts business
• Contemporary dance
• Performing dance
• Musical theatre
• Work skills
You will also get the opportunity to perform for friends, family and members of the public on a number of occasions and to go on a variety of trips to theatres and shows.
Next Step
Progression onto courses such as a BTEC Level 3 in Performing Arts, A Levels or employment.
