You must be employed in a customer service role and be responsible for monitoring and developing the quality of customer service provided.

• Level 3 Certificate in Customer Service

• Functional Skills – Level 2 in Maths and English

• Technical Certificate in Customer Service Level 3

• Personal Learning and Thinking Skills

• Employee Rights and Responsibilities.
