You must be employed within a customer service role where you interact with customers on a regular basis.

• Level 2 Certificate in Customer Service

• Functional Skills – Level 1 in Maths and English

• Technical Certificate in Customer Service Level 2

• Personal Learning and Thinking Skills

• Employee Rights and Responsibilities.
