Baked pollack stuffed with apple and thyme
Roast stuffed shoulder of lamb with rosemary, lemon and chorizo, served with a cassoulet of white beans and sweet potato
Pork escalope with asparagus and little gem fondue
Ragout of steak and mushroom with herbed dumpling and kidney fritter
Crisp polenta and dolcellate cakes with ratatouille of vegetables, basil oil, tomato sauce.
