Budding managers awarded certificates
Twelve managers in the making were last week presented with their qualification certificates from the Chartered Management Institute in a mini awards ceremony.
The students had recently completed their Level 4 Introductory Diploma in Leadership & Management at Northampton College, and were presented with their certificates on Tuesday 4 May. The qualification from the CMI is estimated to add £250,000 to an individual’s earnings over the course of their lifetime.
The course covered a range of topics, including, management of resources and information, marketing, recruitment and selection, stakeholder management, personal development and performance management.
The majority of the class are staying on at the College and are progressing to the Level 5 qualification, which is degree equivalent.
