A catering student is runner up Gluten-free Chef of the Year 2011!
Advanced Professional Catering student Perry Langley went head to head with six finalists in the annual competition aimed at showcasing gluten-free cooking. He finished second and was awarded his trophy by celebrity chef judge Phil Vickery.
His mouth watering menu included a goat’s cheese and pepper tartlet and roast beef and Yorkshire pudding - all gluten-free.
