A showcase of work from the school of the arts

It’s a busy time of year for the creative arts students at Northampton College who are currently beavering away at their final year art pieces which will be showcased at their ‘In Bloom’ exhibition from Tuesday 12th June.

Students studying a range of courses will be showcasing their work from Art and Design, Fashion, Photography, Media, Graphic Design and Interactive Media

Many of the students studying these courses will go on to take up further study at a wide range of Universities across the country and this year we have seen several students get in to some of the top art colleges including Camberwell College of Art.

Curriculum manager for art, design and photography, Geni Ebbetts says “This is a fantastic event that we look forward to every year. The amount of effort that the students put into their work is considerable and the quality and creativity of what they produce is fantastic. This is a free event open to the public and so whether you’re an avid art lover or thinking of taking up a course here at the College please do come along.”
