Equality & Diversity
We are committed to a policy of inclusiveness and diversity. Our Single Equalities Scheme aims to promote an environment of equality and stresses that nobody will be treated less favourably than others on grounds of race, gender, belief, sexual orientation, age, disability or learning difficulty. If at any stage you feel you are being discriminated against or harassed, use the College "Tell Us How We Are Doing" Procedures to raise the issue. This procedure can be initiated through your tutor, Curriculum Manager or through Student Services.

Safeguarding Policy
Staff and students have an important role to play in safeguarding the welfare of children and vulnerable adults, preventing their abuse. In consultation with Social Services, we have produced a comprehensive Policy to ensure that the welfare of the child is always placed at the centre of its activities.
