Located in our new building at Booth Lane, our
hugely
successful restaurant has an excellent reputation locally and nationally, strengthened by success in prestigious competitions such as Restaurant Magazine’s ‘College Restaurant of the Year’ and Rotary’s ‘Young Chef of the Year’. Our students also recently had success in the Northamptonshire Food Awards ‘Young Chef’ category. The Lane is a licensed establishment and has a full range of alcoholic and soft drinks and an extensive wine list.

A set meal of three courses with choices. The dishes are suitable for the time of day and are designed to match the range of skills, cooking methods and ingredients that the students require to complete their course.
Dinner in The Lane Restaurant

Tues, Wed and Thurs from 6.30pm. Last booking at 7.15pm.
A fine dining experience featuring complex dishes in the style of Michelin starred establishments.
Experience new flavours and innovative cooking and presentation, enhanced by quality service standards and complemented by a modern wine list supplied by Anthony Byrne Fine Wines.
Lunch in The Brasserie

An informal dining experience that allows the students in the kitchen to experience a range of ethnic cuisines, such as Italian pasta dishes, Asian stir-fries, Spanish paella and Indian curries. All dishes are priced separately making the Brasserie a great place to enjoy a quick lunch or a more leisurely three course meal.
