We are very proud of our efforts in supporting students on a wide range of available courses with progression routes from entry level through to Higher Education opportunities. Alongside academic qualifications we have a comprehensive work based offer including apprenticeships.

Our teachers, assessors and support staff are dedicated and experienced professionals and in many cases former industry experts. All staff strive to make the learning experience for students as dynamic and engaging as possible so that time spent here at Northampton College is rewarding and enjoyable.

All of our students have the opportunity to take English and maths qualifications alongside their chosen pathway and this helps them to access the best employment opportunities or progress rapidly within current employment.

Through seeking feedback from students and employers, we update our practice continuously so that it meets our students' individual needs for learning, achievement and future goals.

The College provides a service for local employers and we respond to their needs through our Business Centre, based at Booth Lane. We can help businesses to access government funding to provide Apprenticeships. We also offer a broad range of training options funded by other organisations such as the European Social Fund (ESF).

Staff are given every opportunity to develop their skills and we are committed to supporting a professionally-qualified and experienced workforce.
