Travelling by car

You are welcome to travel to college by car. There are plenty of parking spaces at our Booth Lane and Daventry sites.

At Lower Mounts, we run a scheme in partnership with the neighbouring NCP car park (St Michael’s). For a £10 returnable deposit, we can give you a parking card. Using this card, you’ll only pay £1 per day to use the car park at St Michael’s. When you first take out the card, you’ll need to buy £5 worth of credit for the first five days’ of parking. After that, you can top it up as you need. For further details, speak to the Student Services team at Lower Mounts. For more information on Lower Mounts view our getting here guide.

Travelling on foot or by bicycle

We have plenty of cycle points at all our locations so cycling to college couldn’t be easier. There is a secure cycle/motorcycle area at Booth Lane which you can access using your student card once it has been validated by the Estates team.

If you live close by, you may even prefer to walk and get some exercise at the same time!
