If so, this exciting new technical qualification will give you the foundation you need to set you on the path towards your ideal career. You will complete a Level 3 Technical Qualification in Management and Administration with an occupational specialism in Business Support. The Management and Administration T-Level aims to develop your knowledge in understanding of organisational cultures and values along with the importance of business behaviour, quality, and compliance.
Included alongside the technical qualification is the completion of an industrial placement consisting of day release, working within management and administration industries. The industry placement enables students to develop the necessary knowledge, skills, and behaviours to work successfully in this industry and be work-ready at the end of the course.

What will I study?
We are one of the first colleges in the UK to offer the new T Level qualification, which combines learning in the classroom with gaining vital 'on-the-job' experience.

Who is this course for?
This course is ideal if you have an interest in business and management and wish to gain a Level 3 in Technical Qualification in Management and Administration.

Your Study Programme
If you are aged 16-18, you will join a Study Programme this could be a vocational or technical qualification. We will make sure you are working at the right level on your core qualification and are challenged to achieve the highest level of qualification you can.
Work experience will be part of your study programme and complement your college study and prepare you for employment. You will also get involved in activities to help you develop life skills and to build your confidence so you can make progress in your career.
If you have chosen to study for a T Level qualification, this will involve college-based theory and practice lessons along with relevant work placement to enable you to gain the knowledge, skills and behaviours that employers are looking for.
Weekly timetables will include tutorial support which may comprise of full group activities or one to one sessions to discuss individual progress or support needs.
All students will continue to improve their maths and English and if you don't have a grade 4 (C) at GCSE, we will work with you towards achieving that goal (subject to specific entry requirements for particular courses).

Progression and Career Opportunities
There are four main progression routes following the completion of T Levels. Following the completion of the T level in Management and Administration, you may go on to:
Skilled employment within the business management and administration sector inclusive of roles as a? Business administrator or a team leader and supervisor.
Higher Level apprenticeships at Level 4 and above which may progress you into careers such as Senior Business administrator, Office manager or a Business manager.
Higher Education as UCAS points have been awarded to T-Levels allowing progression routes onto Higher Educational pathways.
HNC/HND ? Completion of a Level 3 qualification, ideally with Maths and English and be over 18.

Entry Requirements for new students
Five GCSEs at grade 9-4 including English and maths. English and maths must be at grade 5.
