Our Supported Internship Programme helps young people (ages 16–24) with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) gain real work experience.
What’s a Supported Internship?
A structured, year-long placement (three days per week) where young people with additional needs:
- Work in real roles tailored to your business
- Receive one-to-one support
- Learn valuable skills while contributing to your team
The remaining part of the week will be spent at college for maths, English and employability skills.
