Career development and employability skills
These courses are ideal if you are looking for flexible, online study options. Whichever course you choose, it will be delivered in bite-sized chunks and can be started at any time throughout the year, so you can learn at your own pace and quickly gain a qualification.
These courses are free to most students. However, this depends on your age, the level of qualification you have already achieved, your employment status, benefit status or level of wage status.
You will need to put time aside each week to complete the programme. You will have 10 weeks to study the course – if the course is not completed during this time, you will be sent an invoice for £100.
Accredited through NCFE, this high-quality learning experience is delivered through an online portal where you have access to all relevant resources and assignments. An assigned mentor and tutor will be in touch weekly to discuss your progress and support you through the programme.
This focused learning experience will give you skills to put into practice in your current job or to support a move to a different role.

Due to the popularity of our online courses, we are currently at capacity. We will be welcoming new applications from July onwards for courses starting in September 2026.
