Our mission is to transform the lives of our students by providing an outstanding educational experience.

We get students interested in and excited about what they are learning, help them to achieve their must-have qualifications and ultimately, make their dream careers a reality.

What roles do we offer?

The range of roles we offer is highly varied, but each one is designed to support the education and training of our students.

Our roles are broad-ranging and include teachers of theoretical and practical aspects of our courses, alongside assessors, trainers, technicians, demonstrators, academic coaches and learning support assistants. Each role has its own set of requirements and we assess and develop individuals against a range of competencies.

Work patterns can be flexible to compliment your lifestyle – from full-time and part-time to evenings and potentially Saturdays.

Who do we need?

We need people on our team who are professional, dedicated and committed to shaping the leaders of tomorrow.

Some of our students come to college following a negative experience of education, so it is key for each member of staff to embrace our values and create a supportive and welcoming environment for all students, regardless of their abilities or backgrounds.

You don’t need teaching or training experience to join us – we can work with you to identify any teaching, training or assessing qualifications you may need, and fund this for you.

If you feel that you have the right qualities to join us at one of the leading colleges in the country, we would love to hear from you.
