What’s a Supported Internship?

It’s a work-based study programme where you:

• Learn in a real job setting
• Get one-on-one support
• Build skills in English, maths and employability
• Grow confidence and independence
• Most of your time is spent in the workplace, not the classroom.

What’s included?

• A work placement (3 - 4 days a week)
• One college day a week for skill building
• Ongoing support and progress checks
