I'm studying Level 3 Mechanical Engineering after progressing from Level 2. Both courses cover how to inspect and design components, as well as the business improvement techniques and the mathematics behind everything we do, which is key. College has given me lots of opportunities - I was the Manufacturing Engineer for our ‘F1 in Schools’ team, who went on to win the Regional Finals, and I also completed a work placement at TK Precision, who offered me a paid job immediately afterwards!
