The Six Book Challenge, organised by The Reading Agency, aims to promote literacy by getting people to read a minimum of six books and note down their thoughts on what they have read.

More than 600 Northampton College students signed up for this year's challenge and 238 successfully completed the task, earning the college a national Gold award to recognise its success.
