Northampton College is delighted to welcome James Whybrow who has been appointed to the new post of Assistant Principal, Employer Engagement and Enterprise from 27 October. His brief will be to make sure that the College is in touch with the training and skills needs of local businesses and is able to deliver the services that they require to develop their workforce.
James Whybrow has worked in the further education sector for 15 years and was previously responsible for workforce development and employer engagement at South Staffordshire College. As a member of the senior management team, James worked on the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to drive growth and quality whilst effectively managing risks and exposure. A key aspect of his new role will focus on ensuring that the College responds to the ever-changing requirements of funding bodies, employers and their staff.
