You’ll receive training within our very own working kitchen, a bar, a bakery and our acclaimed restaurant and brasserie ‘The Lane’.

Students have enjoyed significant success in competitions such as Rotary Young Chef of the Year, the UK Skills Challenge and Restaurant Magazine’s College Restaurant of the Year and are regular winners at the Northamptonshire Food and Drink Awards.

We work closely with a range of employers both locally and nationally to ensure we are developing current industry skills and techniques, and giving you the chance to enjoy high quality work experience with some of the UK’s top chefs.
